Returns & refunds

5 working days to return

You can return an item within 5 working days of delivery. After that we can't offer a full refund or exchange.

What can be returned

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
• We need your receipt or proof of purchase — you can download it from your account.
• Sale items can't be refunded.

Partial refunds

Items that aren't in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons that aren't our fault may only be partly refunded.

How to return

• Contact us on +234 805 667 1922 or sales@metallichorses.com with your order number.
• Bring or send the item to 13 Celestial Way, Ogudu Ori-Oke, Lagos. Please don't send it to the manufacturer.
• Return delivery costs are yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Refunds

When your return arrives we inspect it and email you to say whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Bank transfers can take a few working days to appear — if yours hasn't arrived, check with your bank first, then contact us.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. For a size exchange, contact us within 5 working days of delivery.
