What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, phone number and a securely hashed password.
- Orders: items, delivery address, and the payment receipts you upload.
- Browsing on this site: which products you view and what's in your bag, using a first-party cookie, so we can show relevant items and (if you agree) remind you about them.
- Chats with our AI assistant: your messages and its replies, and any request you ask us to follow up.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders, confirm payments and send receipts.
- To answer your questions and improve what we stock.
- To send reminder and offer emails — only if you opted in. You can switch these off any time in your account or with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Who we share it with
- Delivery partners, to get your order to you.
- Our email provider, to send order and account emails.
- Anthropic, which provides the AI that powers our shop assistant and processes chat messages on our behalf.
- Our hosting and database providers, who store the site's data.
We don't sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your bag, and a first-party cookie to remember products you viewed. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing sales@metallichorses.com. We keep order records as long as the law requires.
